RAM của Laptop hiện nay có 2 loại, tên chung của nó là SO DIMM RAM.
1. Loại DDR: Tốc độ xung từ 133-400 MHz. Dung lượng từ 16-1024MB. Loại này dùng cho Laptop có chipset Intel nhỏ hơn 915GM. Chỉ có chipset 865M hoặc 875M mới hỗ trợ Dual Channel.
2. Loại DDR2: Tốc độ xung từ 533-667MHz. Dung lượng từ 128-2048MB. Loại này dùng cho Laptop có chipset Intel 915GM trở lên. Đều hỗ trợ Dual Channel.

Bác cho em hỏi phát. Em dùng laptop Compaq Presario 2253AP, CPU Celeron M1.4 GHz, bus 400 MHz, main chipset i855GM. Em xem trang chủ Intel thì nó nói là chipset i855GM hỗ trợ ram DDR SDRAM pc2700(BUS 256MHz). Em mua 2 thanh: 1 DDR SDRAM pc2700(BUS 333)-512MB và 01 DDR SDRAM pc2700(BUS 333)-256MB. Có 2 khe cắm rambingo nói:
Xong dùng AIDA để xem lại thì cả 2 ram đề chỉ có thông số là PC2700(166MHz)

166 là bus chuẩn của nó đấy, bus ram = bus chuẩn x2 = 333Mhz, chính xác đó ko phải nó báo sai đâu
