What is iDemocracy?
iDemocracy is the very first iPhone 1.1.1 jailbreak and third-party app installation solution for the Windows platform, written by Drakenza which is (at least partially) automated, and has a GUI interface. It is currently supported on Windows XP/Vista and requires only iTunes, an iPhone, and the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.
iDemocracy is currently at version 1.1, but 1.2 is currently in development and will release sometime in November, with a number of new features that will hopefully remove the need for any computer knowledge whatsoever for anyone to do just about anything on their iPhones. Also, we're going to integrate a few other projects, such as PACAY/CARNAVAL, to make your lives easier.
What features does it support?
User-friendly GUI interface and instructions that will guide you through every step.
No need for computer knowledge--it does all the command-line scripting for you.
Jailbreaks (gives access to the file system), installs AppTapp Installer.app for third-party apps.
Now supporting unlocking for any SIM card using the aptly named anySIM.app
The whole process can be completed in less than a half-hour if you're good at following directions.

If your Installer.app is not working properly after iDemocracy, download Installer.app Fix
If you're not on AT&T and need to activate your iPhone during the iDemocracy process, download iDemocracy Activator 1.3 (now tested and confirmed working for both FW 1.0.2 and 1.1.1)
How much does it cost?
iDemocracy is completely FREE!! All source code for C# is available for download. It does not cost you a dime, even for unlocking purposes.
In the forseeable future, iDemocracy and all updates will continue to be free. All patches and fixes will stay free as well.
