Khắc Phục Lỗi up 6% Ext Rom Treo

Hiện nay số máy Atom bị hiện tượng lỗi rom, cứ up đến 6% của Ext Rom thì treo luôn (OS thì up ok), và boot loader đã đc up lên (Do up Rom WM2006), nên ko thể cứu bằng cách up rom từ thẻ nhớ đc (Ko boot đc từ thẻ nhớ trên boot loader mới). Vì vậy máy bị treo luôn ở boot loader....
Mình mở topic này để ai bị bệnh này cùng thảo luận, còn ai ko bị thì cho ý kiến

Symptoms:
The device is not switching on, not entering bootloader.
(most often after the firmware from a memory card)
React to connect charger.
if the battery insert and connect charger, it orage led must be lit .
if the battery remove and connect charger, it orange led must be flashing.
There is only one way for restore bootloader.
Reflashing flash memory in the PXA272 using JTAG.
This procedure consists of two parts.
Hardware (making cable for reflashing) and software (reflashing).

Hardware part:

This pinouts JTAG of Atom Exec, Rover G5, Orsio n725, O2 Atom, J2 Atom Exec
At O2 Atom (not Exec) is the only internal contacts. Located near the Camera button.


There are contacts inside the device, near the buttons CAMERA,
for access them, you need to open device.
There are contacts from the outside, near the SIM connector.
All contacts is working

In attached file is the programm JFlashmm,
in the same directory BOOTLOADER from АТОМ ЕХЕС (ebo_a.nb0) from First Firmware,
and driver the giveio needed for working cable.
If you have O2 Atom (not ЕХЕС), it must be in the folder jflash_mm Deleted file ebo_a.nb0,
copyng the file boot.nb0 from O2 Atom firmware in the jflash_mm folder and renaming this file in ebo_a.nb0.
Before connecting LPT connector , you want to press and hold
micro button near to the sim connector.

Ground from LPT connector, connecting on ground the device
(using the crocodile connector)

Connect cable to LPT port of PC.
Connect charge to the device
Orange LED is blinking.
If LED not blinking,
Check pressed the micro button.
check fixation the button.
Installing the driver giveio from attached file.
Now you can restore BootLoader.
BootLoader needs to be restored in two places.
Need boot flashing to adress 0 and address 3f400.
In folder jflash_mm there is a file start.bat.
Inside this file:
jflashmm pxa27x32 ebo_a.nb0 P 0 PAR
jflashmm pxa27x32 ebo_a.nb0 P 3F40000 PAR
So file ebo_a.nb0 (boot from атом exec) will be flashing in two places,
To adress 0 and adress 3f40000, data send to parallel port.
Execute start.bat, if all right , you correct making cable,
it must detect processor.
If message screen on "file *.DAT not find", press Soft Reset.
the program will ask you «bla-bla-bla» Y/N? Press Y

So too for the second time in firmware to address 3f4000
You can disconnect charger and cable.
Enter bootloader :
Press Camera button, insert battery and press Soft Reset.
If everything was done correctly, it bootloader is running!!!
Now, as usual (almost)
Connect the device to PC.
Run update firmware for you device.
Must go update firmware.
If all right, it .......
Operation system update, bootloader update,
Running update ExtROM, but, it should freezes at 6 %!!!!
Disconnect usb cable from device, Enter Hard Reset!!!
Device must switch on, calibrating touch screen etc.
Run again update firmware for you device.

cái mà bạn tham khảo là cách cứu dead bootloader, trong khi lỗi uprom bị "stuck" ở 6% bootloader là do máy Atom mà uprom (kèm bootloader) của Atom exec, cách chữa hoàn toàn bằng phần mềm, ko cần can thiệp gì vào phần cứng của máy như ở trên.

2. We insert minisd.
3. We call in bootloader and finish.
4. We take out miniSD.
3. Then in bootloader and sew with PC.

Cách của Bạn là cứu những máy ko kết nối đc với PC, nhưng mình nói ở đây là các máy kết nối đc bình thường, nhưng up tới 6% là treo luôn. Và mở lên là treo ở boot loader, ko phải boot của atom nha, mà là :"Updater Utility" ....:-?

Đã thử cách này vẫn ko ok:

Q: I used Atom Exec latest ROM (Xda-Atom-Exec-ENG-20060721-MOT0822.exe) on my Atom / Atom Exec. It does not allow upgrading using bootloader mode (...update in OS mode first...), but my device cannot connect thru ActiveSync. What should I do?

A: Do the following procedure:
1.Extract eboot.nb0 from Atom Official ROM
2.copy eboot.nb0 to 256mb/512mb miniSD (tested to work!) | 1gb miniSD (tested and doesn't support SD Card Flashing)
3.insert miniSD card into device
4.enter into bootloader mode: CAMERA+RESET
5.eboot.nb0 will be downloaded onto device (wait for it to finish completely)
6.ignore all other messages
7.when done, remove miniSD
8.enter into bootloader mode again: CAMERA+RESET
9.you can now flash / upgrade your device with a working ROM

Note for Atom Exec Users: The Atom eboot.nb0 is used only to bypass Atom Exec bootloader. When flashing a new ROM, you will experience an error in updating - It will get stuck at 6%. This is normal. Hard reset (POWER+RESET) your device, and enter OS. Then flash using DSUU to complete the update.

Cái mà medkid nói đến là downgrade ROM, không phải lỗi treo khi write đến 6% của Extended ROM. Hôm nay tôi up bản 0.7b cho Atom Exec cũng bị lỗi này, làm lại hoài nãy giờ mà ko đc, dùng file ExtendedROM cũ cũng vẫn bị.

Còn điều nữa, nếu làm theo cách của bác nói ở trên thì up được extend rom à!?

Mình cũng bị tình trạng như vậy , cứ up đến Radio thì đứng nguyên . Phone thì ko vô bootloader dc , cứ cho PIN vào là màn hình hiện lên Update Utility :-/? Bạn nào biết cách khắc phục xin chỉ jùm . Thanks !

nó hiện update utility nhưng cắm cáp vào nó vẫn nhận. Thì bác down bản win 06 trên này về chạy up bình thường. Nếu up được thì ok roài, mà nếu đến phần ratio lại đứng thì bác up lại nữa, canh lúc đến phần extend rom thì cứ tháo cáp ra ròi hard reset nó sẽ vào win bình thường mà ko có extend rom chả sao hết. Nếu mún có lun extend rom thì khi vào win rồi up lại lần nữa sẽ được. Good luck nhé

Bạn kiếm bản rom gốc của nó về, up rom gốc vào máy bình thường, sau khi máy hoạt động bình thường rồi tiến hành up rom WM6.1 nhé, sẽ k bị lỗi 6% nữa, mình đã làm rất nhiều lần roài.

Sau khi tui dùng Rom của bác Phạm Quang, rùi up lại thì cũng bị lỗi Extended rom, chỉ up OS và Radio thì OK. Chứng tỏ Extended rom của bác Phạm Quang bị lỗi, up lại rom gốc cũng không được. Bây giờ tui phải bỏ qua thằng extended để dùng. Chắc các bác cũng bị giống tui!

Mình cũng bị tương tự như vậy.Nhưng nói chung cũng không có gì nghiêm trọng đâu các bác ạ!Mình rút cáp ra nghỉ một lát rồi up lại bản khác là máy sống lại thôi mà!Tình trạng này giống như Cài Windows cho PC mà bị lỗi thì format cài lại thôi!Bác nào bị thì thử xem nhé!
Cho mình hỏi chút xíu!Mình đã dùng thử tất cả các bản Rom ở PDAVIET rồi mà thấy không có bản nào hoàn chỉnh hết.Mình thích bản ROM OS 5.2.1948 TouchFlo Edition RC3 for Atom Exec nhất nhưng up về máy mình lại bị 2 lỗi lớn là:1> thường xuyên bị treo bật nguồn ko lên;2>Chỉ khi Hard Reset thì Align Screen mới được 1 lần duy nhất,còn khi sử dụng thì không Align Screen được.
Mình mong muốn có bản Rom hoàn chỉnh.Bác nào giúp mình được không?!
