Bạn nhấn vào mục "Cá nhân" (phía trên bên trái Nick của bạn). Một bảng mới hiện ra phía bên trái màn hình, trong phần "Cài đặt và tùy chọn" bạn chọn tiếp "Thay đổi tùy chọn". Sau đó kiểm tra lại các tùy chọn trước đây.
Theo như bảng thông báo mà bạn dẫn ra tôi hiểu là: Bạn chỉ nhận tin nhắn gửi tới chứ không gửi đi.

Nguyên nhân là do tick vào ô "Receive Friendship Request Email" trong phần CÁ NHÂN\ THAY ĐỔI TÙY CHỌN\ TIN NHẮN & THÔNG BÁO nên chỉ gửi và nhận PM được cho các thành viên trong danh sách bạn
