Chào tất cả! Trước đây tôi dùng ADSL của VNN và dùng chương trình Outlook để check mail. Nhưng hiện tại tôi dùng ADSL của Viettel thì vẫn nhận được mail bình thường nhưng xảy ra tình trạng không gửi mail đi được và nhận được thông báo sau:
