Các bạn cho hỏi mình dùng sensation 4g t-mobile thì có thể dùng bản rom XE để có beat audio ko? Thanks.

Mình chả có thao tác gì nhiều. Chỉ flash rom 6.5.3 thôi. Ko có Wipe luôn. Nhưng lâu lâu bị treo ở 1 app bất kỳ (VD: MXvideo player pro, Setting, vv). Phải khởi động máy lại. Cũng may là lỗi này ko thường xuyên. Cũng có thể là do SD card cùi pắp của mình.
 
nói chung là các rom do cùng 1 tác giả làm thì không cần phải fullwipe ( không nói giữa 3.6 và 4.0 ) nhé :D

Đây hình như là lỗi của Sense 3.6, đang dùng Sense 4.0 không gặp tình trạng này. Lỗi này Insertcoin 5.1.7 cũng bị.

Bản 6.5.4 này OC dc b nhiu bác? e nghiên cứu trc khi up. Thấy vẫn mấy cái cũ, chả thay đổi gì lớn lao cả.!!

Cái này tùy bạn cài và tùy bạn cảm nhận thôi, tôi trích lại phần giải thích trên xda cho bạn:

First: I'm running 1.30.4 (1.728Ghz version, no control app, just letting kernel work with OnDemand Governor). Battery life is actually better than ever for me.

Now the differences between Faux and Sebastian:

Sebastian's is basically a stock kernel, with CPU and GPU clocks modified. There are fixes for Touch screen, there are optimizations, you may run Zram compression if you're so inclined. The experience is basically stock but much smoother, faster and very stable. Excellent work, clean and thoughtful, resulting in a reliable transparent kernel.

Faux takes a different approach. He deconstructs, rethinks and puts together mad genius art. His kernels are very power efficient (it seems that's his main focus). They are far from stock and as such, occasionally behave in less than predictable ways. The latest for ICS works beautifully. It gets rid of MPdecision allowing both cores to interact more powerfully. The result is excellent battery, excellent speed but it runs a bit warmer than you'd expect. If you love to experiment and reap rewards, Faux's kernels are amazing. If you're a whiner and want commercial-grade product, look elsewhere.

I can't believe how lucky we are to have such brilliant, hard-working developers working on this platform (OK show-p, you too!!).

Đã up bản 6.5.4XE, báo cáo các bác như sau: khi up rom thì e ko up FW (do có sẵn FW 3.32.xxx lúc cài bản 6.5.1XE rồi), ko superWipe Or FullWipe:
1/ Khi rom y/c chọn Sony Bravia Engine .-> chọn
2/ Y/c chọn HTC sen 4g -> Ko chọn.
3/ y/c chọn Kernel ->-> chọn custom kernel ->-> chọn faux123 kernel ->> up xong rom thì e cài thêm 2 cái ADD ON ở đầu topic vào.
=>=> khi vào trong máy, do ko thích cái speed 1.5GhZ của faux123 kernel NÊN e đã quay ra RECOVERY up lại (vẫn là 6.5.4XE nhé) kernel SebastianFM + các Options ở trên.
4/ Khi up lại xong, vô Andoid xong thì máy RẤT NÓNG + TUỘT PIN NHANH. Khác hẳn với những bản 6.5.1XE -> 6.5.3XE mà e từng up. Thấy nòng quá e liền Restart máy lại THÌ hết nóng máy.?????? Chả hỉu???? Cứ mỗi lần treo máy -> khởi động lại là nóng máy + tuột pin nhanh -> buộc phải khởi động lần thứ 2 thì mới hết. Các bác tư vấn cho em với????
Hồi trước xài 6.5.3 XE ko bị.

E nhờ bác GOOGLE dịch hộ nhưng bác ấy dịch tào lao quá. Bác khái quát hộ e cái.
 
Cái này là tùy mỗi máy, máy mình flash xong dùng bình thường không bị nóng. Trong quá trình Flash thì:
1. Vào Recovery, Wipe Cache & davik
2. Flash Rom:
2.1 Chọn Bravia Engine
2.2 HTC Sen 4g không chọn
2.3 Lựa chọn SebastianFM kernel
3. Sau khi máy boot xong, dùng Titanium remove hết mấy cái ứng dụng linh tinh đi.
4. Flash 2 mod là HQ Camera và Leedroids Tweaks 3.0
5. Cài thêm JuiceDefender Ultimate
---> Máy chạy ngon, không hiện tượng gì. Mike sắp ra bản 6.5.5 XE rồi :))

Cho e hỏi Wipe Cache & davik có ý nghĩa gì vậy? E đang cài nhìu game và ko muốn mất nhưng data cũng như file save tren đó.

Trà lời bằng tiếng Việt thì hơi lằng nhằng, thôi thì lại trích dẫn tiếng anh vậy :

Dalvik cache is a place where the Android OS re-compiles the executable programs the first time to optimize them. It only needs to do it once which explains the "cache" part -- unless you make a major change like replace the kernel. If you do that, you want to manually clear the Dalvik cache to force Android to recompile the apps for the the new kernel.

The main data Cache is used by the Android OS at runtime to write temporary files for specific reasons. You want to clear this out when you try a new ROM so it doesn't re-used that cached data.

Manually clearning both caches out allows the new ROM to be installed in a "cleaner" environment.

Đọc trên xda thì thấy khi flash 6.5.5 và chọn Faux123 kernel thì sẽ bị tình trạng bootloop. Đây là cách khắc phục cho ai muốn sử dụng Faux123 kernel:

For people having boot loops when selecting faux's kernel when flashing ARHD 6.5.5 do the following to fix and give you faux kernel:
- download faux latest release kernel (link below)
- flash ARHD 6.5.5 choose stock or sebs kernel
- before first boot immediatly flash faux kernel
